SWISS TACO

Have you ever wondered what to do with those bits of leftover cooked meat?

I have the answer to them and is very easy SwissTaco, this recipe is inspired by the Mexican restaurant that used to go as a child, my dad loved and this was his favorite dish.
It could not fail tortilla, cheese and meat, delicious.
So I wanted to share with you my version of this recipe which, although not original, at least comes close and is equally delicious.

INGREDIENTS

2 medium flour tortillas
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup onion, julienned
1 cup bell pepper, julienned
1 clove of minced garlic.
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup cooked meat (chicken, pork, beef)
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Saute onion, garlic and bell pepper until soft.
Add the meat, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Allow to heat for 5 minutes until everything is well blended.
Place tortillas in a skillet or griddle hot stove, place 3 slices of cheese on each and 2 tablespoons of the filling.
Cover with foil, let heat until cheese is melted and tortilla is toasted.

This Tacos are great for a snack after school or just to share a pleasant evening with friends or family.

This recipe makes 2 tacos, you can duplicate it and make many more.
