This is just the most simple, delicious, low in sugar cinnamon you’ll find, is just perfection in a bite.
And I have the challenge to make any recipe with pumpkin and happened the I have a can of pumpkin puree, I need it to use it ASAP, this theme was perfect for me.
So, I made this amazing rolls, not your typical cinnamon roll, no, this is beyond that.
I personally love this recipe, because, is very low in sugar, so when you eat this rolls is not gonna be over sweet.
And the best part you can eat it with or without a frosting.

Pumpkin Rolls #SoFabSeasons PUMPKINS

So good, so easy and not your typical everyday rolls.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the yeast and the warm water, let it rest for 5 minutes, then on low speed add honey, eggs, and butter, still, on low speed add salt and the flour 1 cup ad the time until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Once ready, place the dough in a lightly flour surface, roll out to form a rectangle, then start with the filling, first spread the pumpkin puree and after that sprinkle the cinnamon, brown sugar and the pecans. Roll in the dough and cut in 1" pieces, about 30 small pieces or 22 medium pieces, that is up to you. Place in a grease baking dish. Cover with a towel and let it rise for 20 minutes in a warm place.
Before baking spread some melted butter.
And we are back, yes we are and this time we have the most delicious and sweet cookies inspired by all things Autumn. Yes, the flavors and smells of the most amazing season of the year.
For you today I made a different and easier way to make your cookies fo this season. Perfectly bake and flavor with warm cinnamon and crunchy pecans. These cookies are the best options when you need to make a bunch for a party or a gathering with friends.
I bake the hold batch of cookies on a single cookie sheet, to make it easier and fast for me and for you, I was actually in a little hurry and I need to experiment a little with my cookies, you know sometimes you have to. But the end result is very delicious, just keep in mind that you must cut the cookies when hot, otherwise, it can be too difficult.
One of the best things about fall–in addition to sweaters and football–is all of the delightful seasonal themes that come to mind for baking. Pumpkin, apples, late summer and early fall harvest, Halloween, Thanksgivingā¦. They are all fun and delicious to play around with, so check out what we have for you this month!

Cream butter and sugar, add the vanilla extract. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and pecans.
Add the eggs, mix until well combine and then add the dry ingredients, beat until the dough comes together.
Place some parchment paper to a 9x13 baking sheet, and place the dough, cover the hold sheet and make sure it is even.
Bake for 20 minutes, take it out of the oven and cut in 18 pieces, do not remove from the baking sheet. Place in the oven again and bake for 10 more minutes or until golden brown.
I’m so happy to be back to this group, baking is something the I really love, and this month we are baking with spices, for this amazing theme.
It is a huge challenge to created a bundt cake with different spices the combine well in different flavors, like fruits or just to think in make something out of your comfort zone.
My inspiration for this cake? Apple pie, defiantly a favorite in every house, and I try to bring this flavors and make something very similar, delicious and different.
You notice by reading the recipe it is simple but pack in flavor and the texture is just perfect.
Apple and cinnamon are like a good marriage, go well,and taste delicious.

Apple Cinnamon Bundt Cake #SoFabSeasons

A delicious and easy cake with all the flavors of fall.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
In a bowl mix the apples with lemon zest, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Cream sugar with butter for 5 minutes, add eggs one by one and vanilla extract, add dry ingredients alternating with the buttermilk, and mix just to combine, add by hand the apple mixture.
Place in a greased bundt pan, and bake for 1 hour, remember to check the center of the cake with a toothpick to make sure is completely cook.

A delicious Latino inspired recipe, great to make for and with all your family for Merienda time.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Beat bananas, dulce de leche, sugar and vegetable oil.
In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, add the Honey Maid crushed by hand, and place in your favorite baking mold.
Bake for about 50 minutes or until the center is completely cook
Decorate with creamy peanut butter drizzle and more cookies.
We are today super inspired baking delicious cookies in honor of our moms, and for me is a pleasure to bake cookies for my Mami. My Mom is not a person that love sweets or things pack in chocolate, so for that reason, I made her favorite cookies, which are super delicious and so, so, easy to make.
She loves cookies with some kind of savory flavor and in this case my I prepare for her and well everybody in the family my famous Oats and Nuts cookies.
I love them with some cool milk or cold chocolate milk. Yum! what a great combination, Don’t you think? I’m sure you will enjoy these cookies too.

In a bowl mix, oats, baking powder, salt, flour, nuts, and cinnamon.
Cream butter and sugar, add the egg and the vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingreadients and mix until combine.
Place tablespoon of the mixture in the baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
This is my first time in months that I’m been able to post in this amazing party, and what a better way to do it than making a delicious coffee cake. This month we are celebrating coffee cake, and you know we have to have it at least once a week or maybe once a day.
I love coffee cakes and I made a different combination and different flavors but nothing beat the classic, and for me the simple the better. This coffee cake is just a mouth full of deliciousness in one bite and is super easy to make.
Many people think that coffee cake is a cake with a coffee base and it is really funny that my daughter want it a piece and ask me “does this cake has coffee? Well not it doesn’t and I think that it is name like that because it is usually eating with coffee and you know it was a great way to make people come and enjoy a cup of coffee with a delicious cake.

It’s when a group of bloggers get together and make a recipe using one main ingredient. Where do we get the ingredient? We look at The Nibble and pick something off of their list. Croissants are actually celebrated on January 30th, but it’s in January, so it’s fair game. You can check out our group Pinterest board for past recipes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Add eggs one by one and add vanilla extract.
Mix in a bowl, flour, baking powder and salt. Reserve 1/2 cup of the flour and mix with the nuts.
Add flour alternating with milk and add last the rest of the flour mix with the nuts. Place in your favorite pan, but wait, mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the cake.
Bake and make sure that is completely cook in the center. Let it cool completely before cutting.
I start this month of baking by making my ultimate delicious chocolate chips orange bundt, it is so, so good that you will not be able to eat just one piece.
I was so exited this month when our host Tara from Noshing With The Nolan’sĀ announce that the theme for this month was hot chocolate, because I was super exited to share this recipe before the holiday season, well I know we are in the middle of it, but you know is never to late.

This recipe is inspire by my love for chocolate and my love also for citrus flavor like orange and lemon, they go together so well and you can never go wrong with chocolate chips and orange zest.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the eggs one by one and add the vanilla extract.
In a separe bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and orange zest.
Reserve a little of the flour to mix the chocolate chips.
Alternate the flour mixture with the wet ingredients, mix until well combine.
Add chocolate chips by hand, place the mixture in a bundt cake pan.
Bake for one hour or until completely cook in the center.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, place in a cooling rack to cool completely.
