Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed cookies with the butter and place in a pie pan.
In a bowl mix cream cheese, lemon juice, condense milk and vanilla extract until well combine.
Add the gelatin to the water and let it sponge, then place on the microwave for 20 seconds, add the melted gelatin to the above mixture, remember to mix constantly.
Once the crust is cool, add the mixture, and refrigerate for 4 hours or over night.
