Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients until well combine, add the butter and using your hands or a fork cut the butter into the mixture until it form a consistency like sand.
Add the sour cream and mix until a dough is form. Place in a table, and roll out to cut about 16 biscuits.
Place in a baking sheet and bake util golden brown.
They will be toasty because no egg was added to the mixture.
