Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla extract.
In a bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda and nutmeg.
Add the dry ingredients alternating with the sour cream.
Place teaspoons of the dough in a baking sheet cover with parchment paper, leave some space between them.
Baked until golden brown, place in a cooling rack to cool completely.
This cookies are great with milk, chocolate milk, coffee, tea, etc.
