This sunday we have delicious and amazing sauces, sweet and savory, yep we have everything for you.
I made something different this time and because I know football season brings a lot of grilling, I thought the this BBQ sauce is just right, Guava BBQ Sauce is delicious, great in poultry or pork, for dipping and to shake it up a little bit a traditional staple in our house.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 ounces Guava paste
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 mince garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a sauce pan to medium heat add the guava paste and the water and simmer until the paste is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients, mix well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely before store in the fridge or used immediately with you grill chicken or winds.
Yield about 2 cups.
