We are definitely very lucky, my girls have food every day to enjoy and we can say the we are super blessed. But there was a time when I was younger and my father struggle to put food on the table, and we all know how incredible difficult as a parent is, to see your child have to fish for food every night. Thank God this lasted just a short time, after a few months my father was able to have a steady job and bring food to the table every day.

But did you know that one in five children in America live in households without consistent access to adequate food, yes we have a lot of families struggling to put food on the table. And this is the matter of what I want to bring your attention to.

We can help this families and end the Hunger, companies like Albertsons Safeway family will be having a national “Hunger Is” campaign.

Taking place September 1^st through September 30^th, 2015 to help aid in the relief of childhood hunger in America. This program is designed to raise awareness, volunteer hours, and funds that will improve health outcomes for hungry children and their families. And is very simple to do it.

Donation Campaign:  You will be ask by the cashier to donate at register while checking out if you would like to donate to the Hunger Is fundraiser.

Brand Partnerships: You can purchase participant products like ConAgra (Marie Calender’s, Healthy Choice, Bertolli’s and PF Changs), Coke, Unilever, Kellogg’s, Campbell’s, Organics, or Open Nature products and Hunger Is will provide one meal to those in need.

Is not difficult and I’m sure you can do it, just remember how lucky our families are to have food everyday on the table and by helping you will teach your kids how important the value of giving is.
