We love this time of the year specially because all the delicious goodies we can make and share with our love ones. And I have a delicious and easy to make cupcake recipe for you, with the most easy to find ingredients.
First you need to run to your nearest Walmart and by the M&M’s® White Peppermint or M&M’s® Hot Chocolate, these products are my new favorites for all things holiday.
I also picked up a gallon of Great Value Milk, this will help to make the hot chocolate part of this cupcakes, and if you want to help to a good cause when you purchase 2 bags of M&M’s® at Walmart (9.4 oz bags or larger), the Great American Milk Drive will donate a gallon of milk to. Americans are great donating can goods, but we never think in donating milk, and many families are missing out calcium, vitamin D and potassium. You can also Donate to the drive.
Look for all the ingredients and get your hands to work, they are so fun to make, and perfect for an end of the year party at school. This is a very unique way to incorporate a delicious treats into a decadent cupcake. You can definitely, use M&M’s® Holiday Peanut Butter, and don’t forget the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Vanilla Flavored Frosting to make a fun a very festive looking decoration to the cupcakes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a cupcake baking sheet with some liner paper, a holiday theme would be nice.
Heat up the milk for 3 minutes in the microwave and add the 1/2 cup of M&M's® Hot Chocolate, mix well and let it come to a room temperature.
Add the milk mixture, eggs and oil to the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Cake Mix, and mix until well incorporated.
Place 1/4 cup of the batter in the baking sheet and bake.
Once ready place in a cooling rack to completely cool.
Use the frosting, decorate the cupcakes with M&M's® White Peppermint to make it fun and festive.

This is my favorite moment and feeling, knowing the I have a second family and we can support and advice each other.
To celebrate this occasion I made the most delicious and easy pineapple coconut cupcakes, so easy and light you won’t believe this is a cupcake.
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup of pineapple juice (I used the juice of one can of 14 ounces)
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup shredded coconut
1- 8 ounces package of low fat cream cheese
4 cups powder sugar
2 teaspoon of Meringue Powder
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl mix pineapple juice, applesauce, eggs, coconut and cake mix until incorporated.
Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners and add about 1/4 cup of the mix to each.
Bake for 20 minutes.
To make the frosting, just place all ingredients in a bowl of a stand mixer or hand mixer, and mix for 5 minutes.
This recipe makes 22 cupcakes.

The football season has already started and the excitement begins. It is in my opinion one of the best times of year where delicious meals are shared. On this occasion I offered for the first game, bring dessert since I almost always have to do a main course, but not this time, and I offered to make some delicious and succulent cupcakes with Nutella. Delight in my mouth just thinking about it I would like to be eating another, the only disadvantage of bringing dessert is that everyone looks forward to finish the meal and the dessert is over too fast. These exquisite cupcakes are quick and easy to make considering that we should not spend a lot of hours in the kitchen because you have to enjoy the party. So enjoy a great time with your favorite teams, family and friends and remember that no matter who wins or loses, the most important is family fun.
1 box of cake mix (preferably White)
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup Nutella
Preheat the oven to 325 ° F.
Line 24 medium-size cupcake cups with paper liner, you’ll need two cupcake pans with 12 cups each.
In a bowl mix cake mix, water, oil, egg whites and vanilla, stir well until well incorporated, place a cup of the mixture in a separate bowl and toss with the ½ cup of Nutella. Fill each cupcake cup liner about two thirds full with the cake batter and add 1 tablespoon of the Nutella batter in the center of each cupcake cup.
Bake for 28 minutes. When ready, let cool in pan for 5 minutes and then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
This recipe makes 24 cupcakes.

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature.
2 cups cake flour
2/3 cup unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream, or another 1/2 cup whole milk
3/4 cup whole milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line 24 medium-size cupcake cups with paper liner (you’ll need two cupcake pans with 12 cups each). Fill each cupcake cup liner about two thirds full with the chocolate cake batter. Bake the cupcakes until a toothpick or wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, 22 to 24 minutes.
Let the cupcakes cool in the pans on wire racks for 10 minutes, them carefully remove them from the pans, arrange them upright on wire racks, and let them cool completely before frosting.

As part of the celebrations of Halloween my family and I wanted to try to make a dessert allusive to the activity but also fun.
My 6 year old daughter came up with that we could make cupcakes with pink frosting and decorations, excellent color for Halloween, so we put together some ingredients and ended up creating these delicious orange cupcakes.
This is a special recipe to spend a pleasant time with the family and allow the children to explore more in the kitchen.
1 box of cake mix white
3 egg whites
1 cup orange juice
1 / 4 cup water
zest of 1 orange
1 / 3 cup vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
In a bowl add the cake mix, orange zest, orange juice, egg whites and water.
Mix well until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a muffin pan lined with muffin paper.
Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, depending on each oven, remember that everyone is different.
Insert a toothpick in the center it comes out clean they are ready.
